The Space:
This house is in a quiet neighborhood perfectly situated between Downtown Cocoa Beach and Downtown Port Canaveral. East of A1A makes this property walking distance to the beach and is ideal for families or couples.

Peace of mind: This house was purchased for the sole purpose of a private and secluded vacation renal home. This is not someone’s second home, shared property, or condo. It has been specifically designed for guests and beach goers to take full advantage of all the amenities of home, while away. Our professional and dedicated housekeeping staff is second to none, leaving you with a fresh and detailed house to relax in.

The home was completely remodeled in 2024, kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, dishware, silverware, glassware, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, and grill utensils.

We also provide: beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, beds will be made with fresh linens by professional housekeeping staff upon arrival, bath towels, throw blankets, and a wide range of TV options and channel lineup.

Outdoors: The pool is a 35 foot swimming pool with loungers surrounding, an outdoor dining table, as well as a covered patio seating area. There is a large park style grill for cooking out as well as utensils provided. The back yard is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence and large grass areas for privacy and kids to run freely and safely.

Very clean property. Linens smelled very, rooms were spotless. The amenities included everything you needed fir the beach. The beach was 3 blocks away, but they had a rain with chairs and umbrella. The pool was wonderful. The kitchen was fully outfitted. The luandry was nice to do towels and swimsuits. You don't need anything when you come to this property.

Just what we needed

We’re FL residents who drove over for a weekend. This house was the perfect size for our two families to meet from both sides of the state to visit the Kennedy Space Center for a little staycation. I only wish we had more time to stay. Usually vacation homes have a super uncomfortable couch but this one was really huge and very cozy. The rooms were great and we loved that the porch was enclosed so the kids weren’t at risk of falling in the pool. We had just enough space for us. 3 full bathrooms was also great with the amount of people. Honestly a killer price and location, when the toddlers were restless I could walk or wheel them down to the beach in the morning and let them run. I do wish the park around the corner was unlocked on the weekends but that has nothing to do with this property! Loved the house, if we come back to KSC we will rent this house. Thanks for a comfortable stay and a beautiful home.

Carefree at the Cape

We had an amazing stay at the Drift house. A beautiful house with all the amenities. We spent nearly all of our time in the private pool and screened porch or at the beach! Umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, cooler and a big wagon provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Visited a few great restaurants all very close by. We are all thinking about when we can next return to this great vacation home. Thanks Adam!

Great Stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was great! Had a pool and close to the beach so we could spend some time winding down after long days of baseball. Owner was great to work with and we will definitely keep this place in mind if we are back in town!

Fantastic House!

Nice house, great location

Great owner with good communication. Accurate description. Wonderful location. Only drawback was the slight smell of smoke in the house (family member very sensitive) and several dead roaches/waterbugs turned upside down in rooms - clearly, they spray and bugs die, but would have been nice if they were cleaned up before we arrived. Not so bad to scare me away, but cause some family anxiety upon check in.

Wonderful Weekend

We had another fantastic stay at this property! The house comes equipped with everything needed. A short walk to the beach allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and the pool was very relaxing after a day at the beach. We definitely put the boogie boards to great use and had a blast! We hope to return for our third trip next year!

Very nice house in great location

It's a very nice house, with a wonderful swimming pool and nice rooms, fine decoration included. It is well equipped, with smart TVs in each room incl. YouTube TV channels. The house is clean, beds are nice, plenty of towels are available ... and having BBQ beside the pool is wonderful. The house is in great location near to the large beach, just a few walking minutes. Grocery markets, restaurants and everything needed are fast to reach by car, also Port Canaveral with some nice places (we liked Grills restaurant most where you can watch dolphins swim by). The Beachline Expressway is close to drive to Orlando or over to the gulf side. Disney and Universal theme parks are 70 minutes ride and worth a visit, also Kennedy Space Center, about 25 minutes away. If you want to see manatees in wild nature, go to Manatee Cove, about 20 minutes ride ... great place, quiet and not crowded, and you can see alligators too from time to time. Communication with Patricia and Adam was easy, they answered quickly on the few questions we had. In a nutshell: a great place we can only recommend.

Wonderful property.

First I would like to say this is the first property that has let us check in early and we really did appreciate this seeing it was the best day of weather for us. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Backyard is lovely. I would love to rent from them again.

Close to the Beach

This is the second house that we have rented from Adam and Patricia. Everything was great and I have no complaints. The house is just a short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed that! The house was clean and comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay.
