We had a blast staying here and in Cocoa Beach! This condo isn’t fancy, but it is extremely clean and has everything needed for an amazing time at the beach which is exactly why we came! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was great for a short drive to terrific local restaurants and shops. This was our 3rd time in Cocoa Beach area, our first at this condo, and we’d love to come back to this spot again. One amazing perk to this particular condo in the tower is the double balcony with great furniture and a great view of the beach! It’s like getting one more large room!

I had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was decorated so cheerfully. The oversized balcony had a great view of the ocean and overlooked the pool too. You really had everything someone would want for the beach and for cooking.

Well stocked, comfortable condo. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The only thing that I can think of is the shower stall in the master bath needs a better shower head. Not much water pressure and it comes out like a gentle rain.Everything else was great. We plan on coming back.

Lovely condo, amazing balcony

Condo has beautiful finishings and was very clean and well stocked. The balcony is very large with room for both a table/chairs and a comfy seating area to enjoy the sunrise in the morning. The refrigerator was not cooling properly and the property manager responded quickly (on a Sunday) and had us a replacement set up within a few hours. Absolutely would stay there again!

Great family vacation

This place is the perfect spot for a great family vacation. We stayed at the unit 309 that as a double balcony and a great view of both the beach and the pool. Even if we gad small problems at pur arrival, Amanda is just a phone call Or an email away And finds the perfect solution in just a few minutes. The condo was clean and as everything that you need for a beach vacation. We cannot wait to come back!

Balcony Bonanza!

Condo was clean and well equipped. The icemaker wasn't working, but management responded promptly and resolved the issue. The second bedroom had no ceiling fan and was very hot, but thankfully the unit had a standing oscillating fan that helped. The double balony was our favorite spot for dining and just hanging out. Will definitely be back!

Very Relaxing and Peaceful.

We stayed for 4 days and it was not enough time. I wish I was there right now. It was very clean and it was stocked with everything you could think of that you would need. The only thing I could think of was coffee filters, would be nice if those were supplied. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Everything we were looking for!

This nicely decorated, quiet and clean condo provided everything we hoped for in a rental. There were plenty of paper products and a fully functional kitchen. Although we were three adults staying, I could tell that it would also be a great place for families with kids. We hope we can stay here again

What I liked: comfy beds, amazing balcony, easy beach access, nice pool and hot tub, condo has beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, spacious, great property management, proximity to Orlando, well stocked with TP, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, hand soap What I didn't like: only small stuff. one light bulb was missing from a lamp but I was so busy I didn't report it. the blanket was really thin but the property manager promptly brought a thicker one. freezer stopped working around day 3 but again we were so busy we reported it late. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this condo.

Wonderful Location and Beautiful View

Well stocked spacious condo with a balcony view of the ocean and the pool. Short walk by the pool to get to a quick path to beach. We were there the week of July 4th, and the 4th was the only day the beach had several people. Compared to Destin in June last year, it was nothing. The Destin beach was packed, but the beach right outside this condo, even on the busiest day still had spots available if you arrived in the middle of the day. On all our other days there that week, there were people but not at all what I'd call busy. We took walks on the beach 1-2 miles both ways and were thrilled with this location. Crowds much thicker close to the cruise ship port end and definitely crowded near the pier. The condo provided great starting items - toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, surface cleaner, and coffee filters. Showers both have wall units of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We used the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, and kitchen appliances every day (every meal on balcony except 1 time out to eat). Clean upon arrival - a bit worn in minor ways and could use a deep cleaning, but that wouldn't stop us from renting it again or recommending it. At Cape Winds, if you want a view of the ocean read reviews & don't get a room lower than the 3rd floor. Pool noise usually started between 8-9 am (closed at 10, which people honored). We highly recommend this condo for the view, comfort, living space, and proximity to beach!

Cocoa Beach stay

We are long time Cape Winds fans (20 years). Have now stayed in this unit twice, and will always try for it from now on! Unit very clean, great view and amenities. It is very well stocked with everything you need for a great stay…beach chairs, toys, everything you need for outside fun. Kitchen also well stocked. Great unit to stay in!!! Highly recommend!

Great place for a family getaway.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean and convenient, an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is well prepped for a beach getaway-- beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and even insulated drink containers. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect... restaurant, activities and shopping just a hop skips and a jump away. The manager, Kelsey, was very accommodating and provided a detailed information packet before our stay. She checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and responded quickly when posed with any question. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Condo at Cape Canaveral

Cape Winds has been our winter vacation spot for the last three years, and we hope to continue coming back! The location is close to many activities, and the beach is great for walking, swimming or just sitting. Very family friendly place. The condos at Cape Winds and the facility itself are well managed and clean.

This was a wonderful condo that was perfect for my group. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the Atlantic from the long balcony. The location was a short drive to the Coco Beach Pier and had everything you could need to enjoy the beach. Would love to come back.

Cape condo trip

Super easy check in process, love the number door combo so no worry about a key. Pool keys made things a little tricky because of so many different gates to lock and unlock just to get to the beach but yet it made it feel safe and private. The condo itself was nice, kitchen was a little low on gadgets and things like scissors. Overall a great experience and love the close location to the beach!

Four stars

The unit was very nice. I do have to comment on a couple of things. I didn't like not having use of a real closet in the master bedroom. I realize that the owners may use that for storage, but a portable closet just didn't suffice for me. The dining table was another issue. Given the quality of the everything else in the unit, the dining table was small and tacky. Also, the curtain in the smaller bedroom needs to be replaced with something that shields the room from the lights outside the window during the night. We had to purchase a black shower curtain and place over the window at night in order to keep the light out. No children slept in the room only adults who don't sleep well with light shining in the window. Other than those issues, the condo is very nice and Kelsey is just super.
