    The large primary suite with a King sized bed adds the luxurious feel of a hotel. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The shared bathroom divides the two bedrooms.

I stayed here for two weeks with my husband and adult daughter. Communication with the host was very quick and easy, as was the check-in procedure. The condo complex, besides being quite close to the beach, was very quiet and any other guests/residents that we encountered were friendly. The only suggestions I have are: 1) room darkening shades, as the bedrooms are right on the street/parking lot, and 2) better pillows. All in all, we were quite pleased with our stay.

Le condo était très propre, bien rénové, spacieux et avec plusieurs accessoires de cuisine. Les lits sont confortables et il y a du rangement suffisamment pour 4 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d'être à seulement 5 min. à pied de la plage. Et en plus, des serviettes de plage sont disponibles. La communication avec Élise, la responsable de l'appartement, a été parfaite, rapide et courtoise.

Close to launch viewing

We wanted to see multiple launches and visit KSC and other Florida towns - this was a great location for that

We really loved our apartment. It was a well appointed two bedroom with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Close to everything and a great price.

Clean, accommodating, great customer service.

From the initial booking process, all the way to check out, the host was very helpful, making sure to anticipate everything I would need to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot have been more happy with the room, the host and the hospitality I was given. Highly recommend this host and their property!

Great Place / Great Price

Very well appointed, clean, quiet, good location that is close to everything, and very nice beach close by. Also good location for walking and biking. Good view of the rocket launches as well. Enjoyed the stay! The host does a fantastic job of making sure you are well taken care of.

The property was very clean, spacious and airy. I had no problems finding it and everything was very cozy! I loved the area- surrounded by many places to eat and fun things to do. Very close to Cruise Port Terminal as I desired. It was the perfect spot and I hope to return soon.

Nice place to stay

this condo is older but upkept well. Stayed with my wife and 2 girls and we had plenty of room for 1 weeks stay. Close to public beach access, the pier, and the main highway into cape / coco. would book this one again.

Excellent place to rent!!!!

Everything was exactly how the property was described. Beach toys@, chair, and umbrella was also available for use. Fully furnished kitchen. Overall very clean and nice! except food

Love this place

We loved the condo and the area. The pool adds to the personality of the property. The keyless entry makes checking in effortless.The condo itself was very clean and well equipped and nicely decorated. The owner was quick with answers to questionsand very understanding. We even got to see a Space X lift off! But didn’t see many peacocks, it was very windy this year. Would love to come back next year! .

Wonderful condo

This condo felt just like home for our family of four. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room were all spacious. It delivered on everything posted in the listing. The beach chairs and umbrella came in super handy. We also loved seeing the beautiful peacocks roaming free in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location that is also close to the beach. We opted to drive to the public parking beach area because of all the gear we had to carry, but the other beach access is a 5 minute walk from this condo. We miss our vacation home already :)

Incredible condo - incredible value!

Super cute, picturesque, quintessential Florida condo with the perfect amenities - at an incredible price! I can’t say enough about this rental! The condo itself: meticulously and thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need for your stay. Kitchen has all the stuff, Keurig, toaster, cool dishes, all the utensils and cutlery. Living room is comfortable, a fun beach motif throughout sets the mood for your stay! The host provided high-end bath products, luxurious towels and the bedrooms and very comfortable. They even have everything you need for a trip to the beach: beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, blanket, even an igloo and kids toys! The complex: comes with a free parking space, a very nice pool and bonus: there are 3-4 peacocks just wandering loose on the grounds! They are so fun to watch! In fact - in the surrounding neighborhood there are probably more than 25 peacocks hanging out! In addition- It’s a very short walk to the beach through a nice and safe neighborhood! The area: Cape Canaveral is a beautiful, clean town, close to Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island and the Space Center. Also the Canaveral National Seashore is about an hour drive where you can enjoy miles and miles of pristine beaches!
