Are you looking for a private beach retreat a mere stroll from Cape Canaveral Beach? If so, this beach bungalow is exactly what you’ve been searching for. Accommodations include three full bedrooms, two full baths, chef’s kitchen, game room, fantastic outdoor oasis complete with private sun bathing deck, large heated swimming pool and hole-in-one putt putt green. Located snugly between the world famous Cape Canaveral Cruise Port and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The perfect escape for couples and families!

Poolside Villa is a 500 sq ft King Suite with a mini kitchen/ living area. This suite includes a King bedroom with a private bathroom/ walk-in shower! The Villa has 2 flat screen TVs, and a private pool side keypad entrance! This Villa can only be rented with the main home! The main home has an 8 person capacity, the Villa has a 4 person capacity!Total guest occupancy cannot exceed 12!

Our pool is heated from November 1st-May 1st to 80 degrees! We do offer a higher pool temperature up to 89 degrees for an extra fee of $30.00 per day! Contact the owner if you are
requesting a warmer pool temperature!

Our one car garage is a sports room thus there is no garage parking available!
Our driveway will allow up to fours cars, street parking is not allowed!

Perfect location for staying in Cape Canaveral

A blast in Florida

Very nice. Everything as advertised. One thing i would recommend changing is the door knobs on the doors that leads to the pool. My 1 year old could open the doors and if there would have been round knobs on the doors he couldn't have opened them. Nice house and back yard

Our stay here was amazing. It suited our group of 7 adults perfectly. We enjoyed pool in the game room, put put mini golf outside, the swimming pool, relaxing in the yard and walking to the beach.

Great stay before cruise

This was a fantastic place for our pre-cruise stay. The space comfortably accommodated three families with plenty of beds, towels, and activities for the kids. The beautiful pool, stocked with numerous floats, was a hit, and the kids enjoyed the small putt-putt green in the backyard while the adults made good use of the pool table indoors. The property was easy to locate, situated in a nice and safe neighborhood. It was also very clean and smoke-free, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquito problem around the pool, especially in the evenings and mornings. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful

had a wonderful time in this lovely home. my family and i really enjoyed this home and most of all we loved the outside pool villa area. we only went to the beach twice because the pool was the highlight of this home. the pool was a vacation place in its own. there could be a few updates in the kitchen (cabinets) and instruction on the switches that work what in the house. other than that it was wonderful.

Everything you could want!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! I got used to my morning swim everyday and the grandkids loved swimming, too. The mini-golf course was handy and easy to play during the cooler hours of the day. (Bring mosquito spray, though) the beds were comfortable and the many refrigerators were convenient. We were able to watch 2 rocket launches! That was exciting and a special 1st for our grandson. The walk to the beach was easy and parking was available when we drove to avoid the heat. All in all, an excellent place for our clan to relax together.

Amazing family vacation

We have rented many vacation homes for family vacations in the past. This property was by far the best. It was well stocked, very clean, and the location was good. The most amazing feature of this rental was the backyard. It was a vacationer's dream backyard! We did end up renting a couple of golf carts for getting around (to the beach, the ice cream shop, the pier). It was an awesome vacation!

Family Vacation

Convenient to Orlando airport, clean and plenty of space. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach, the pool table, putting green, outdoor grill and most of all the well maintained in-ground pool. The entire family enjoyed their stay.

Home Away From Home

Pictures does this property no Justice. My family was beyond amazed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Never have we ever stayed at a property that was so stocked with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. And all the extras that were provided was just an added bonus to this already prefect stay. The owner of the property was just as amazing as his property. We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect and the community was quiet and cozy. The neighbors were really friendly.

Awesome family rental

This house was perfect for our family trip. The accommodations fit our every need and fit all ages. The best part of the house was the backyard. The pool area was amazing with plenty of room in the backyard to hang out in the sun or shade. The putt putt green was a bonus too. If we wanted to walk to the beach it was only a few blocks down the street. There’s a park with a splash pad for the little ones to play at across the street and stores, restaurants and entertainment close by for the adults. Win Win for everyone!

Family reunion

I am writing this review with very mixed emotions! First the bad thing, we had to leave!!! This home is amazing! Everything was perfect. The house was very clean, the landscaping was amazing, the beds were comfortable. The host replied to my questions quickly (even though I may have been a little bothersome!) This was my first experience with VRBO and I couldn't have been more pleased. This was my grandchildren's first trip to my home state and because of this experience they are in love with it as well! I will definitely be hoping to come back to this lovely home.

Perfect place, perfect location

After a last minute cruise cancellation, we were able to book this house and enjoy a wonderful week on the beach, at the pool, and enjoying the town of Cocoa Beach. This was a great location and a great property. Communication with the owners was fast and helpful, and we truly felt incredibly blessed to be able to stay in this home for a week with our family and kids. Everything was so wonderful.
