- One bathroom with toilet and storage
- One bunk bed with two single beds (90cm) and storage in the hallway
- A renovated and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, refrigerator
- A furnished loggia overlooking the canal: plancha, microwave, oven

Private parking. A shared swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th, is available in the residence. You also have access to tennis courts.

Cleaning and linens are not included in the rental price. Contact us for rates. Upon collection of the keys, two deposits will be required: one of €500 for the accommodation and one of €80 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

One pet is allowed in the property with a €20 supplement for the stay.
