«The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!»

«I have been to this proprty three time this past year and no matter which online travel agent I use the hotel can never locate my reservation. This time they gave my room away and gave me a different room smelling of cigarettes. They need an IT person to fix their computers so that customers won't be treated like this. The plumbing is poor, doesn't flush properly, and the the sewer smell emanates from the drains.»

«The hotel is good and a comfortable stay in friendly suroundings and the hospitality is good. Only one thing I would like to mention as not so positive is the breakfast. It's a rather sad story.»

«It would be nice if more than one person is at check in desk. A que of three people will be a half hour wait to check in. The employees are in the back, just not available to check in customers.»

«We stayed here because we had dinner with family at their restaurant. The design of the hotel and the room is great but the bathroom is very dirty and not well maintained. The mirrors and the fixtures are full of scums. And the shower tile grout is moldy. I don’t think ill ever stay there again. A dirty bathroom is a deal breaker.»

«Don't let the photos fool you! As it looks all perfect...it's not. Bed is so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Towels looks so overused that you don't want to use them anymore. Aircondition never gets cold. Not worth the money, not worthcalling the hotel a four star hotel.»

«This place is awesome! Our hotel room was on the 16th floor and the view was overlooking at the pool and the golf course. Excellent staff from check-in to the end of our stay. We were treated as VIPs! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. »

«Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere.»
