The house is one of a kind, as it’s located in the center of a small village. The outdoor area is relaxing, with a beautiful view from the pool, which overlooks two valleys. You can eat outside on the porch and enjoy the view of the pool and the valleys; in the evening, it’s cool and breezy even on the hottest summer nights. The pool is a real bonus; equipped with lounge chairs, it offers a place to relax after returning from day trips to the coast or to Lucca and other nearby cities of art.
The house is spread over three floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the outdoor porch, and a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower; in the attic, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, along with a full bathroom with a shower. Outside the house, there is an annex with an utility room and a washing machine, a gym with a multi-function machine, and a full bathroom with a shower.
