Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with enforced quiet hours, this property is ideal for families and groups looking to relax and unwind.



Sleeping Arrangements



Lower Level:

Primary Suite: King bed, private sitting nook with chaise lounge & Keurig coffee maker, ensuite bath with soaking tub & walk-in shower, sliding doors to lower deck with lake views.

Bedroom 2: King bed.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

Guest Bath: Full bath near bedrooms 2 & 3.

Half Bath: Conveniently located near the lower living area.

Upper Level:

Bedroom 4: Queen bed.

Bedroom 5: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds (perfect for kids!).

Guest Bath: Full bath near both bedrooms.

Sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably.



Living Spaces



Walk through the foyer and let the stress melt away as natural light pours through large windows framing breathtaking lake views. The main living room features two plush leather sofas and a cozy leather chair — the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. Step through the sliding glass doors to the upper covered deck, complete with seating and panoramic lake scenery.



The second living room on the lower level offers additional space to relax, featuring a sofa, Smart TV, wet bar, and direct access to the lower deck overlooking the water.



Kitchen & Dining



The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and all the comforts of home. The dining table seats 6, with an additional 4 barstools at the island — great for casual meals or morning coffee. A propane grill is available for lakeside barbecues, and a full washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze.



Outdoor Living



Two expansive decks — one on each level — both with seating and stunning lake views.

Stone pathway to the water’s edge, where you can dip your toes or simply sit and relax.

Abundant wildlife including deer, birds, and foxes can often be seen from the decks.

Fire up the grill and enjoy a sunset dinner surrounded by Hill Country beauty.

The property was really nice, but for a million dollar property, the appointments were basic and the amenities miserly (e.g., 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of tp-just enough till you could buy your own). There were also a lot of “limitations.” For example: the garbage disposal was “sensitive” and couldn’t be used for a lot of things; the central air couldn’t be set below 72 in the summer; there was a limit of 2 cars to park at the house. If I had known ahead of time, I might have chosen a different property.

The house was great and we really enjoyed staying there. However, our stay was not without some concerns. For perspective, this was a gathering of several couples for a 45th high school reunion, not a bunch of youngsters by any stretch.The day we arrived, I got an email from the management company with additional property rules which are not included anywhere in the property description on VRBO. Here are 2 excerpts from that email.QUIET HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10 PM AND 9 AM. If you are in violation the police will be contacted and you willbe evicted from the property with no refund.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES ARE NOT TO BE EXCEEDED AT ANY TIME. NO DAYTIME GUESTS ALLOWED.andThe maximum occupancy of this unit is 12. If you are over the maximum occupancy limit at any time, youwill be asked to leave with NO refund.The part about "no daytime guests" and exceeding the maximum occupancy of the property being grounds for removal with no refund are a bit extreme. Had this been clearly stated in the house rules on VRBO, we probably would have looked for alternative properties. I don't have a problem with the rule. I have a problem with not being told that this is the rule until the morning that I'm scheduled to arrive when I have no option to cancel the reservation and find alternative accommodations. Ultimately, we were able to get this taken care of with a call to the management company, but they could just have easily said that there were no exceptions to the policy.

The house was nice and had a nice view. The bedrooms, porches and living areas needed cleaning attention. There were cobwebs and dirt in corners and one bedroom had bugs beneath the bedspread. The back porch windows and furniture were very dirty. This is more of a function of the management company and not anything wrong with the house itself.

Beautiful home

I loved the space. It was a little out of the way but the place was wonderful. It would have been nice to have a tv in the bedrooms for us old people who like to relax in bed while watching tv. The space was great for dominoes.

Great stay!

The house was immaculate and probably better in person than pictures! It was very spacious for our party of 10 (I think the capacity is 12). The communication was spot on and the host allowed us to check in early AND gave us an hour extra to check out which was above and beyond. We enjoyed all the wildlife that came out in the afternoon and in the AM. All in all - highly recommend the property!
