«Very nice with all included in the package. Quiet and lovely location. Personell were polite and eager to serve us. We loved the beach and it was not crowed at all, a surprice to us. «The room had a special inconvenient smell when entering. The pool is only 4 feet deep, but still very easy to see that the water was everything but clean. Check out was… the longest check-out experience I’ve ever had - 52 minutes. No late check out possible, despite the resort was practically empty. BUT the resort had a very knowledgeable and helpful chef - all honor to him! »

«The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies. ...

«Our stay at Marriot at Colva beach was excellent. Property is spotless and rooms are spacious. Most important, the staff at Marriot is exceptionally polite and helpful. Everyone at Marriot went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food at the hotel is very good. The breakfast and dinner buffet has great spread to satisfy any diner. The staff at live station goes a step further to customize the food to any palate. Looking forward to another stay at this location in the future.»

Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable.
