The Ato La Gerbia apartment is located on the eleventh floor (lift up to the tenth floor) and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over Cannobio, the surrounding mountains, and the lake. The residence offers entertainment for all tastes: take a refreshing swim in the indoor pool (approx. 15 m x 8 m – open from mid-April to early/mid-October), relax in the sauna (for a fee), or have fun with friends playing billiards, table football, and table tennis. Younger guests can enjoy the residence’s playground.

upper floor: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and terrace.

Location: The residence is situated in a quiet area and is an excellent starting point for excursions. The Canobina River can be reached in a five-minute walk, ideal for a refreshing swim. A few hundred meters from the residence there is a cycling and pedestrian path, perfect for families. The lively center of Cannobio, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants, is about 1.5 km away and can be reached with a pleasant walk. Cannobio’s lido, with its sports area (tennis courts, beach volleyball, five-a-side football, mini-golf, and an outdoor gym) and its bar, is also within walking distance (about 2 km). Enthusiasts of kitesurfing, windsurfing, catamarans, and sailing will find opportunities at the beach to rent equipment and take lessons.
