Very comfortable, well-furnished and clean apartment in a good location, with excellent public transport connection to the center of Cannes. The communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you !

Great place run by great people

This was a very nice one bedroom one bath apartment it met all of my needs. It was walking distance to where I needed to go, and the hosts were the loveliest people. I highly endorse this property.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable 30-day stay in this wonderful condo. The unit is very well equipped, exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Everything is as shown in the photos in the listing. Caroline and her parents were very welcoming, helpful, prompt, and accommodating throughout my visit. The underground garage was an especially welcome feature. The beach, with its beautiful combination of sand and rocks and pristine waters, is practically a five-minute walk across the street. The condo is located in a very clean, gated complex, and the common areas are always well maintained, clean, and pleasant. There are grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants all within easy reach, and there is a bus stop right in front of the development should you need to travel into Cannes. There are also amazing beaches and charming towns all within easy reach, making this a superb location. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a week during Cannes’25. Apartment was in great condition and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. There’s a convenient bus stop right outside that takes you to the where the festival is. Would recommend
