Professional interior design and luxurious finishes showcase this stunning 3 level condo. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, plus an expansive open-plan top floor with kitchen, dining, living room and private rooftop deck with hot tub. 24 hour keyless check in via keypad. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and downtown. 15 min drive to Banff. Create lifelong memories in this special Canmore home.

The Space:
If quality and style are important to you, this is the perfect space for your Rocky mountain adventure. Pictures do not do justice to the superb craftsmanship and the stunning views from every window. Perfectly located within walking distance to downtown, great restaurants & bars, coffee shops & supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and the stunning bathrooms are stocked with local Rocky Mountain Soap Company body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Luxury hotel linens and brand new high-end beds complement the chic bedrooms, and ensure a great night's sleep. Spacious open-plan living on the top floor with fireplace, dining room and stunning views from the windows and the rooftop deck.

This townhouse is perfectly suited to families or groups of friends. If you are a group needing more than one unit, talk to us about a group booking for one of our other properties on 2nd Avenue.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the townhouse except the garage.

The Neighborhood:
2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The townhouse is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy the amazing French pastries at Le Fournil, an incredible meal at Crazyweed Kitchen or Ankor, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Coffee Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5-10 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo.

Getting Around:
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up, a 5 minute walk from the home.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs in this unit, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.

We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Great place for relaxing getaway

A very clean and well appointed condo with plenty of room to hang out or find privacy. Beds were very comfortable and the fact they had bathrooms in each room was perfect. Hot tub was great and you can't beat the view. Thanks so much for having us -- I highly recommend.

Great location and property for three couples! Comfortable, well-equipped, and very responsive hosts. This condo not only could sleep six, it had seating for six in the living area, terrace, and dining room (not all properties do). And what fabulous views! We loved our time here and would definitely rent again!

Clean, modern condo with mountain view

Four of us stayed in this beautiful, modern condo for a week of exploring Banff National Park…It is clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely communal area and a hot tub with a spectacular view of the mountains. The kitchen and living room are two flights up, with bedrooms on the ground floor and second floor, so it is important everyone in your group is up to climbing steps. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo!

Exceptional Home!

First about Jane our host. She is rapid fire in her response. She was attentive from the first minute of the booking till the very end. Next about the home. It's exceptional! A real class show. Every imaginable detail is bestowed. Easy of check in, state of the art temperature controls, luxurious bath amenities, clean sheets, towels and bedspreads, a great kitchen and living room gathering spot, a thoughtful touch of providing coffee and a grinder, a very informative manual. In short, Jane is a master craftsman at this! All superlatives. My recommendation: Just Book!

Beautiful home, Beautiful view!

You will not be disappointed! Photos are accurate, and fixtures are top end. Lots of dishes, cutlery, and pantry had many staples. Hot tub with a Mountain View is priceless. Note, you must be able to climb to 3 floors with high ceilings. We couldn’t figure out the fireplace (it might need a tune up?) nor the thermostats- maybe a info sheet for dummies would be helpful. Hosts were helpful in providing extra linen.

Great property in a great location

We recently stayed at this lovely property and used it as a launching point for a week of skiing in the Rockies. The property exceeded our expectations. The rooms and layout were very appropriate for a family w/teenagers. The top floor, with the gorgeous views provided a great place to eat, talk and laugh. The bedrooms were quiet and perfect -- each with their own ensuite. The heated floors on the bottom floor was a nice touch after coming in from a full day of skiing. Tons of space for a family. The location of the condo was a short 10min walk to the heart of Canmore. Canmore itself was a beautiful 'little town' .. with some nice pubs, local shops and breathtaking scenery at every turn. We would stay here again .. no question.
