    Long-Stay Policy:
    For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. The mid-stay cleaning fee is $195. Guests will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.

The staff is very responsive and supportive, so made us feel comfortable to stay here. Overall the place is clean and spacious. Nice kitchen and the washer/dryer were very convenient. Our family enjoyed staying here :)

Chris is a very responsive host. The place was clean and provided the space we needed. Very cozy. We did not take advantage of walking to town for dinner, but certainly could do so. The only thing I found confusing was where to find the parking garage, but it was at night and we had been travelling all day.

Condo was very beautiful, very clean and comfortable and the hosts were excellent with their communication and were so quick to respond to answer any of my questions. So very polite, friendly and helpful would highly recommend renting from them. Such a great experience.

Property was simply amazing. Clean and welcoming with lovely high end Rocky Mountain Soap products to use throughout the suite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Local products and also local coffee provided to brew also which was delightful. Fully stocked kitchen area (minus food, drink, etc…) but everything else you needed was provided….even a wine bar fridge. Fireplaces in every room and also BBQ, washer and dryer. Literally all the things! I’ll come back here again. The hosts also very approachable and were very on top of communication which was so nice. Definitely check this property out you will not regret it.

Beautiful place and so close to Banff. Directions to the pool was confusing but we found it. Very clean and nice place for family. Kitchen could be stocked with more basics for guests to use: no cooking oil, this does not cost much. We just needed some oil to cook breakfast. Not enough laundry detergent available for use. The washer is tiny, could only put in 4 sweat pants and it is full. With all the outdoors activities we do around the area we needed to do lots of laundry and it would take too much time. But other than that, we loved the place and would definitely recommend it when you go to visit Banff. Hosts were quick to reply to our questions on the chat. Loved the place. Thank you! We would love to come back amd stay longer at Aurora lodge!

The overall property is "tired"--hallway rugs and in suite rugs are in need of replacement. The decks are very small and are not the ones pictured in the information on VRBO --that was very disappointing as I asked about the reality of the information published and the actual unit--I was told "yes" it is the unit. It wasn't.The kitchen is well equipped with up to date appliances, nice granite countertops, and appropriate dishes, cutlery, and cooking supplies.I would only recommend this property to individuals who do not plan to spend much time in the unit.
