Other Things to Note:

Guest count of 4 or more will require the sofa bed. There is an extra $30 charge for the setup of the sofa bed, additional linens, and cleaning.

Take note of the damage deposit; this will be automatically refunded 7 days after checkout. This only applies to VRBO/Booking/Expedia/Website bookings.
