From private hiking trails right in the backyard to big, cozy living spaces perfect for games and movie nights, this is a home where memories are made.

Drive up to this gorgeous retreat with parking for up to six vehicles. Follow the walkway under the brightly colored arbor onto the spacious decks, and you'll immediately feel welcomed to Caya Azul!

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a large great room, perfect for the whole gang to gather around the fire for conversation, games, or streaming your favorite movies. Fast WiFi available. Enjoy reading and game nooks tucked against the bright windows of this beautiful and comfy living space.

Step up to the foyer and enter the kitchen, true to it's original farmhouse style, this kitchen is cozy and easy to navigate. A large pantry will allow for you to stock up on groceries and never have to leave, if you so choose.

A small eat-in breakfast nook is a space you'll enjoy sipping your coffee while catching up with your loved ones.

Circle back to the large dining room with an extendable table that seats 8. Open up the large windows to let in the breeze and embrace the pleasant climate of Western NC.

Accessible by French doors off the dining room, you can also enjoy dining al fresco on the spacious deck. Just around the corner is a covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture and rocking chairs, perfect for cocktail hour.

The bunkbed room sleeps 6, ideal for friends who like to slumber party or all of the kids!
