Daisy Farm is an active cattle and rescue animal farm. You will see rescued miniature ponies, along with common wildlife such as turkey, deer, and songbirds in every season, and even the occasional bear, fox, or bobcat! During the summer season, the cabana offers a shady spot next to the water so the kids can have plenty of pool time.

Families love Daisy Farm, and with five bedrooms, four full baths, and a kitchenette on the lower level, the property is perfect for group retreats. Gather to discuss the day's plans over breakfast in the spacious sunroom. At the end of the day, relax by the fireplace in the living room while watching the sunset mountain view through a wall of picture windows. **Daisy Farm is a working farm and a sanctuary for rescue animals; their well-being is our top priority. There is a resident guard donkey and a guardian llama who are instinctively protective of the herd. Please be aware that these animals are highly reactive to unfamiliar dogs.

The Donkey: Will bray loudly and continuously if a dog is sensed nearby, which can be disruptive to the peace of the farm and neighbors.

The Llama: Is extremely territorial and may spit at or kick fences if they perceive an unknown dog as a threat.

While we strictly maintain a no-pet policy for the safety of the rescues, we welcome task-trained Service Animals as required by the ADA. However, due to the reactive nature of the guardian animals, Service Animal handlers should be aware that the presence of their dog will likely trigger these protective behaviors. For the safety and comfort of both your animal and ours, Service Animals must remain on a short leash and be on the lawn at the front of the home, not in the back grassy area where the red roof barn is visible**

Important Property Notes
• Working Farm. Daisy Farm is a working farm, and guests may see regular daily farm activity during their stay. If you are traveling with a service animal, please be aware that the farm animals may react protectively toward unfamiliar animals out of natural instinct.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. In addition, Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Livestock and Private Roads
Please be aware Daisy Farm is a 400-acre home for rescued farm animals and guests are likely to see daily activity. Be mindful that there are private roads in and around Daisy Farm. We kindly ask guests to abide by all signage posted on the property.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
• The swimming pool at Daisy Farm is heated and is open seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
