We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described. Perfect, for a family of 4. We would stay again!

We had a great time staying at this property. The few issues I would like to note is that the property has ants that will invade anything left on the counter. It is also an older properly and you may encounter issues with power when using multiple appliances. The user did noted that the TV do not work in the guest bed room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at this location.

This 7 floor 2 story condo has 3 balconies over looking the beach around 85km on Cancan Hotel Zone. The view is wonderful. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor of the condo is one bathroom and bedroom, so there is really good privacy. The bed, linens and pillows are very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The kitchen seems to have everything you would need, but we didn't cook. The dining room table seats 6. There is a giant pool between the condos and the beach. We were there in July, so the pool water was very warm, but kids enjoyed it. The Villas Marlin was very, very quiet, so we never had to deal with nightclub noise, loud music, or noisy crowds. The concierge was extremely responsive. I know because we had to contact them quite a bit. The internet was out when my daughter arrived. But the concierge, within a couple hours, had brought up a modem, loaded with data for our 5 days stay. The elevator was broken the first two days, which meant we had to carry our luggage up seven flights of stairs and all the groceries, including large jugs of water to drink. The condo is older, so there are little things like the balcony doors are very difficult to open (that did not get fixed while we were there, but they did send a workman to look at it), and bits of wear and tear. However, we were very happy and content there. Its very livable, comfy, great location and a grocery store and 3 good restaurants across the street. I would stay again.

The VROB listing completely miss represented the property. The place has double beds not queen, the A/C remotes didn’t work. The toilet did not flush. The place was absolutely filthy. The host did not care. VROB did not care. We did not stay at all. We found different accommodation and disputed the findings and asked for a refund. Terrible Place. Don’t stay there
