Forventet mer av et 4,5* hotell. Maten var skuffende, til tider forferdelig, og det på tross av fire «restauranter». Renholderne vekket oss hver dag før kl.8, personalet var generelt veldig trege. Takk til manager som tok seg tid til å høre på oss, etter litt om og men, og gav oss late check out.

Nice, smaller, quiet all inclusive. The specialty restaurants were good food! The buffet was fine, but could use a little more creativity. A lot of things were repeated. They would be better doing another specialty restaurant there at night and a buffet for breakfast and lunch. Though I liked we did not need reservations for the specialty restaurants. Beautiful water and nice pool! They need to improve their activities offerings because usually it is just a DJ at the pool during the day and a singer/musician in the lobby at night. Rooms were clean and just what you need. Nice for adults- probably not a top choice for families.

Front desk are not Enthusiastic to help Guest. They make you feel like you’re asking for to much. The only person that was very pROFESSIONAL was Pedro the Waiter by the pool. He was Awesome great service. Front desk need Customer service training, very disappointed.

First time ever in Cancun. Oleo and Cancun did not disappoint. All inclusive. Was amazing. The staff was amazing and so friendly. When we first got to the resort we were greeted at the front by Isac and who got us drinks and then set down with Martha who got us signed in she was absolutely the nicest lady. I will say we looked at a lot of resorts and done our research but for some reason I kept coming back to Oleo Resort. I'm so glad we did. If you are looking I highly recommend this place. Our room was perfect. Only thing I can say bad and its not actually bad is they only give you 2 towels and 2 wash clothes yes you can request more the next day but I just like to have enough where I don't have to be a bother . So book your stay with Oleo you won't regret it we sure didn’t.

This was the second time that we stayed at the Oleo and it was super fun. The staff are kind and friendly and it feels very safe and secure. The food is subpar, but it's still fun to get dressed nice and have dinner. We enjoyed our time at the Oleo!

This is not a VIP resort. They scam you and will take your money and charge you triple the price at hotel. Service was horrible sat outside for about 30 minutes while host saw me sitting did not come ask me if I needed anything or if I wanted water or food their response was that outside table is for guests with dogs. RIDICULOUS

La vista Del Mar es espectacular, las instalaciones son cómodas, el hotel es pequeño pero comfortable. Agradecería tener un poco más de opciones en el horario de la cena en el restaurante buffet, mariscos estarían geniales. Algo sumamente resaltable es el Staff, todos, absolutamente todos muy amables de inicio afín. Te reciben con una sonrisa y una actitud que no se ve forzada y con esa misma sonrisa te despiden. Nos atendió Marcelino en el Restaurante Hakku en nuestra primera noche, y apesar de casi llegar al finalizar el horario de servicio su actitud siempre fue la mejor. Los Chicos del LobbyBar súper amables y con una actitud inmejorable. Si estás pensando pasar una vacaciones para relajarte en un hotel cómodo y péqueño, definitivamente Óleo es la opción! We came as a pretty big group of young couples and had an outstanding experience. The food was so good with many options from Japanese style sushi to Mediterranean. The staff especially was spectacular. They were all so kind and really added to our trip. One night we were even surprised with a custom desert. Gerry and Antonio made our bar visits very exciting with all the custom drinks and happy interactions. The rooms and resort as a whole were kept very clean. I am very impressed and would highly recommend.

My recent stay at Oleo Cancun Playa All Inclusive Resort was truly exceptional. With serene sea views offering a peaceful retreat, and the resort's convenient proximity to the bustling strip (just a 15-minute bus ride away), my experience was both relaxing and invigorating. The culinary offerings, though not extravagant, were satisfying, and the free-flowing drinks added to the enjoyment. However, what truly stood out was the staff's genuine warmth and hospitality, making me feel instantly at ease. The onsite assistance with coordinating activities like ATVing and ziplining added an exciting dimension to my stay, enhancing the overall experience. While there were minor imperfections, they were overshadowed by the abundance of positive experiences. Overall, my time at Oleo was unforgettable, and I eagerly anticipate returning for another delightful getaway.

I had book to stay in this hotel for 10 days and I couldn’t stay one night. My room had flies, windows were dirty, as soon as I walked into the room it smelled like mold. I tried to look over this and decided to go get dinner. The food was not edible . I left the hotel the same day and I went to stay at another hotel. I ended up getting food poising from the food I had at this hotel. I tried getting a full refund because I couldn’t see myself staying there for 10 full days(I would of been miserable) as I was telling the manager my situation she had a smirk on her face the whole time which I thought it was very rude after the fact that I got sick there. On top of everything it was a very stressful time trying to book another hotel the same day I got there . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Probably the worse experience I’ve had. Other than the manger smirking as I told her I my problems everyone else was super friendly. Probably the best quality this hotel has are the staff.

The service was amazing! All employees were wonderful! The pool definitely needs to be redone, very outdated with latterrs for entry and exit.

We had left the Hilton due to an uncomfortable stay, when we arrived at Oleo the staff was so welcoming and made us feel like home. It’s very family friendly and a great place to relax and recharge. We stayed 5 nights and we are already planning our next visit in the fall. Highly recommend it.
