Bra hotell sentralt i byen. Ett av de bedre vi har bodd på i Yucatan. Bra badebaseng område og treningsrom. God variert frokostbuffé. Gratis parkering i inngjæret område. Litt lytt i rommet. Hørte til tider trafikken langs hovedveien spesielt ved utrykningskjøretøy. Noe opppussing pågikk. En del arbeidsstøy på dagtid. Ikke så mye å se/gjøre i området rundt hotellet.

Lobby was very nice but that did not extend to the room, seemed like they renovated the Lobby but forgot to upgrade the rooms. Just felt old and dirty, only stayed one night but will more than likely not be returning

I normally stay at all inclusive resorts but my I decided to stay downtown. The only negative is the rooms need upgrading but the hotel was clean . The free breakfast was similar to what you receive on an all inclusive resort . It was really nice for the price and close to local markets and food.

Children were running around screaming at 2 am on 4th floor. Check-in took a long time. Jacuzzi use not clarified. When we went inside someone came and asked us to go to reception to pay. This should be told before hand. The breakfast was very good, but 7am time is late. If someone is leaving earlier (e.g. 6:30), there is no arrangement for packed breakfast. Doesn't have to be big, just some yogurt and fruit and a sandwich. Breakfast time should be 6 or 6:30 like most other hotels around the world.

The ceviche! Omg! The grounds were well maintained! Right off a bus line and walkable area where the locals understand a good amount of English! The suite was huge and cleaned daily! The incense in the bathroom made the room smell soooo good! Refrigerator in the room. No microwave onsite but one across the street at the quick store. Room is nice and cold for the 90 degree weather. A little loud at night because of the neighboring beach club but it was fine for me, I sleep hard! Will return soon!

It is a well located, quiet hotel with a great pool, plenty of lounge chairs, and only a 15-20 min drive from the airport without traffic. The free breakfast has plenty of Mexican and North American dishes to choose from. Grocery stores, restaurants and public transport are easily accessed out front and around the corner. There are 2 beachfront sister hotels to go to for the day, for a small fee, if you don't want to stay at the hotel pool. If we go to Cancun again, we would stay again if we had an early morning flight.

Check in was painfully slow & drawn out, especially at night, only 1 person available. Breakfast was very poor, very little choice, description of items or allergy information. Bedroom was tired, dirty and lacked lighting. The pool area was nice atleast!

Oh The Cancun Oasis is a good place to stay, especially for the price. It’s on the city center and a safe place too.

Go somewhere else
Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place but it ended up being a fail. Upon check in the women were rude,I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. When I get to my room, it was next door to a broken ice machine that made so much noise, also my door was open. I walked into my room to smelled like mold, my bed was not made up either. Everything that they presented as far as amenities are NOT included, you have to pay extra. Also the beach is atleast 15-20mins away that’s by UBER. I would not rebook unfortunately. I would pay extra to stay closer to the beach and local activities.

Great hotel, great price!
Great hotel for the price! We left a 5-night prepaid beach front resort after 1 night bcz it was so horrible. We were so relieved after we checked into this hotel. Location was convenient, breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is newly remodeled and we lived the linen gowns and slippers in the room. Will stay here again.

They have a beautiful, peaceful pool area, nestled in trees. Truly an oasis in the city. Breakfast was included and had a huge variety with great coffee service. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Great place to stay when you don't need the beach.

First of all, the staff is amazing very kind they're looking for whatever you need and gives you options. They are the best The hotel has great amenities areas, you can enjoy it. The area has many options if you need to eat, shopping or more. The rooms need be upgraded but they are very clean and comfortable. I have a short trip but a good experience

Second time we stayed there. The property can be a little hard to navigate, steep ramps and lots of steps next to the same ramps. Overall clean, great pool, excellent breakfast and you get a day pass after checking out, which for me = hanging out at the pool until my flight:)!

Location is great. Not on the beach but all the amenities you need are here. Pool is great.Staffis pleasant and very accommodating. Will definitely be here again

Very nice but uncomfortable pillows
Stayed in a wonderful suite facing the pool. Everything was very nice. Only complaint is that the sleeping pillows were too hard and we asked twice to have softer pillows and never provided. We ended up making our own pillows out of towels and flight neck cushions.

The property was under construction. I did not have running water for a whole day. This would have been fine if someone told me beforehand so I could have planned around, but they did not. There were also so many loud noises from construction and ringing sounds that came from the pipe, I'm assuming because they were doing construction. when I asked the front desk for understanding on what was happening they put me on hold and never came back!!! The pool area is very nice the rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. safe area

Really loved this hotel as it was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing that was bad was the wifi does not work and they said they’re having a problem with that. Other than the problem with the wifi this hotel was amazing. I had to pay for personal phone data each day to be able to use my phone but the overall hotel was amazing! If they fix the wifi problem I would come back again.
