Perfekt utvendig. Men inne på rommet, skulle vare nedre med bedre renhold. Skap mangler hyller, spørs om hvordan vaskes håndkle og sengetøy. Ja kakerlakker også finnes der. Strand, dessverre umulig å bruke for at helt forurenset av gamle sjø planter. Heldigvis er basseng ret ved.

Property was beautiful. I loved all the greenery around the hotel. I loved the vibe like rustic cabins. The decor was beautiful. Very close to the ferry to go to isla mujeres. The pool was open 24 hrs. We stayed 2 nights.

This place was very charming! Beautiful plants everywhere and a pool that’s open 24hrs, easy to get to other places and spacious rooms. Very cute for the short stay we had. The staff were so kind and helpful !

This hotel is very Mexican with plants and books and decoration super nice. The bed was super comfy. A/c works really good. Shower had hot water and good pression. Pool is clean.

It was a perfect place to stay one night to be close to ferry to Isla. A small Mexican hotel with nice view, friendly staff. Had some quaint character and guests from all over to chat with over morning coffee in the breakfast area. One of the employees walked with us and our bags to the ferry, above and beyond what he needed to. There were a few restaurants and bars in the area.

Awesome Budget Hotel next to ferry Terminal!
This is a very basic hotel - rustic yet very clean ! We chose this hotel for its location - walking distance to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. A simple breakfast ( coffee and toast) was provided in the morning and you are within walking distance to the beachside restaurants and a lovely public beach (playa del ninos) which was very clean , plenty of beach with palapas , change rooms and a lifeguard. They have a private parking lot if you have a car.

Charming
This is a little gem for seasoned travelers who enjoy a friendly environment with charm. Conveniently located a block from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, this beachfront property has lovely views, a sweet tropical garden and very relaxed style. It could use some updates but I loved it.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen with large fridge. The check-in was quick and friendly. The pool was a great refresher after our flight. We had a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast was coffee, juice and toast with butter - very basic - but the restaurant views are excellent. Our only complaint is the loud music and voices at 3 am til ? outside our room. Probably not a regular occurrence. We booked our one night here because of its proximity to Puerto Juarez ferry to Isla Mujeres. Easy walk over to the ferry. We would definitely stay again.

Una propiedad bonita Lástima que en nuestro cuarto había ratón, y no lo sacaron, ni mataron, solo lo ahuyentaron pero se regresó por el mismo conducto por donde entró… nos acostamos los 4 en la misma habitación y en la misma cama … las sábanas sucias y con cabellos, al día siguiente había un cerdo en las instalaciones y el desayuno horrible tmbn … cancelé mi otra noche de regreso… preferí perder mi dinero a estar otra noche ahí

En cuanto al ratón, no se podía matar, el hotel lleva su control de plagas, pero al estar en la zona en la que está el hotel, es imposible que no haya, las sábanas se lavan todos los días, el cerdo es de unos huéspedes, si checaste el establecimiento es pet friendly, por lo que, es uno de los atractivos, el cerdito no hace absolutamente nada, ¿el desyuno horrible? Un desayuno continental (fruta, café, jugo, pan) no puede estar horrible, es más bien, que, debido al roedor, y entendemos, estén molestos, comenten más cuestiones, que no tienen nada que ver con el servicio que les ofrecimos. The guy at the front desk told me his system shows reservation only for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it was for 4 adults and 3 kids, He insist I was wrong and i did a wrong reservation, I had to look for my scren shots to prove I was right. breakfast is a joke.

Le comento que, efectivamente su reserva, estaba hecha para 4 personas, ya que, la villa doble que usted reservó NO ES PARA 7 personas, de hecho, el sistema no se lo hubiese permitido reservar. Por lo que, usted no podía estar en una villa para 4 personas, con 3 más. Y si, realizó mal la reserva, en este caso, tenía que haber reservado 1 doble y una sencilla y pagar 1 persona extra. El desayuno es una broma para usted porque creen que es todo incluido, y es una cortesía y es continental. Le invitamos a reservar correctamente cuando vaya a hospedarse y leer muy bien lo que incluye.Con amor: Casa Caribe.

Los teléfonos que vienen en la página no funcionan, los llamas y manda directo a buzón. Eramos 3 personas y solo había 1 toalla en el cuarto, cuando solicité el resto me dijeron que no había más toallas. El ventilador de un cuarto no servía ni prendia la luz, adicional la única tv no servía el control. También comentar que el desayuno sirven medio vaso de jugo, media taza de café, una rebanada de fruta y una rebanada de pan tostado lo cual es una grosería, en ese caso es mejor que no den nada.

Det är inte som det ser ut på bilderna, det fanns inte köksredskap om man ska laga maten i rummet, det tog alldeles för länge för att få frukost, en timme, resten var ok.

) personnel très sympathique et accueillant, guide touristique de l’hôtel (Salvador) très gentil et à l’écoute nous a fait profiter de tout ses bons conseils, piscine en face de la mer, petit-déjeuner avec vue mer, grand lit, climatisation plus que fonctionnelle au vue de la chaleur extérieure, parking surveillé -) petit-déjeuner (un jus, une biscotte et deux morceaux de pastèque), chambre au dessus de l’entrée donc beaucoup de bruits le matin, évacuation de la douche rouillée

Hola Víctor, a lo mejor se confundió de hotel, porque tal cual están las fotos en la página, está el hotel físicamente, inclusive mejor, pero es cuestión de perspectiva y subjetividad.

2 minute walk to ultramar ferry. Good for an overnight. Included breakfast was a slice of melon and a dry piece of toast, coffee and juice. They showed us a hand written unpriced list of items. We ordered presuming they were part of the breakfast, they were not and we had to pay extra for these
