The whole opens directly onto two pleasant terraces, naturally extending the indoor spaces outdoors.

Ker Gavilou comfortably accommodates up to 6 people across three lovely bedrooms located upstairs. Each features a Queen size bed (160x200) and storage. Two of them share a functional shower room, while the third benefits from its own private shower room. Two toilets are available in the house, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

• Ker Gavilou is semi-detached to an independent studio (Ker Lou), also offered for rent. The spaces have been designed to preserve everyone’s tranquility. The studio has a completely independent entrance from the outside, and both accommodations benefit from separate outdoor spaces with no overlooking, ensuring privacy and peace. Although access to the studio also exists from the house, a double door ensures very good sound insulation.
