- There is a variety of ground level cafes and shops in the building.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.

- Pool opening hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

- Any pool access or noise complaints outside these hours may be directed to Abode.

- Pool heaters have been turned off for the winter months and will be reinstated on 1st October.

- The sauna alarm is being triggered regularly by users.

- If you accidentally trigger the sauna alarm, it can be reset by:

- Twisting and gently pulling the same button.

- A notice with instructions will be posted outside the sauna to help reduce ongoing disturbances to residents.



Other things to note:

- To access the on-site parking, from Edmonston Place drive all the way up to the top level (4) and turn right and right again. Drive to the end of the parking and the spaces are to your right, one behind the other.

- Extra Services:

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started
