It would be great that you vacuum the floors when you make the room. We stayed for 6 nights and asked the staff to make our room but they only made the bed. we wanted them to clean our bathroom, change the towers and vacuum the floor.

I didn't like access into the property as being disable it is very hard with the steps have a ramp one end but to get up to the lift their is stairs no matter which way you went.

The new rooms are super clean and well appointed for the star rating. Jay at Reception was outstanding and went above and beyond - brilliant customer service. Excellent location for sport in the immediate area.

After being given keys to 2 unusable rooms I was upgraded to a suite that was unable to be secured from the inside and a rusty microwave which for health reasons was unusable. The curtains could not be closed and the toilet seat was unstable only anchored on one side. These are my main concerns but there are others.

The carpark was full after returning later around 9pm. Accommodation was simple but tidy did the job

Beds were comfortable, however propety run down. Cooker didn't work, t.v remote didn't work, and the shower wasn't hot. It wasn’t expensive, but facilities should be in working order. Lady on front day (Donna?) was helpful.

Not a bad place. For a place built in the 1970s, it was pretty good. Close proximity to the Hawker shops, and a nice cafe to have breakfast, is really handy.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment; very convenient location for what we needed; local coffee outlet and restaurants in the hotel precinct, were able to provide excellently for us during our stay. The location also provided an easy, straightforward and quick exit from Canberra on to the Barton Highway for our 1000km road trip home to South Australia.

We found the room very clean when you consider the age of the building and outward appearance. The bathroom has been recently renovated and it showed. The Kogan televisions are rubbish. Whilst Foxtel was included as part of the tariff, the poor quality TV meant we were unable to view it. No signal was all we achieved. A user guide may possibly have helped. The manager needs to ensure AC batteries are replaced annually. Can’t recommend staying here when compared to other places we have stayed where the tariff is comparable.

1970’s architecture is quite cool. Rooms have been refreshed in most areas. Mattress was somewhat saggy. Needed to get the broken toaster replaced in the room which was done quickly. Very handy to local shops
