Staff - Fantastic, especially their manager Nura
Location - Not in walking distance to the city centre. There are a few malls nearby though. View is also facing residential buildings
Room - We selected the most expensive room, junior suite. The room was on 6th floor and the lift access was until 5th. The room was build on the roof, so it has low ceiling which gave a negative outlook to it. However, the size was big, balcony was good and the bathtub was the reason we chose this hotel
Price - A bit on the expensive side cimpared to other hotels in the city centre of Canakkale. In addition to that, we had to pay extra for one child. We came with 2 adults and 2 child (both 3 years old) and we took a junior suite room which was for 3 adults, so the hotel said that only one child was free while we had to pay for the other. Eventhough we were politely informed of this by the manager, we find the policy absurd as the room can accommodate 3 adults so it means 2 adults 2 child (3 yrs old) should be acceptable. Furthermore, we have had not issues with hotels we stayed in other cities of Türkiye, therefore we were unable to comprehend the policy of the hotel, but end up paying it though
All in all, the warm reception we received from the hospitable staffs made our stay enjoyable. Having said that, we are not sure if we will return back to the hotel if the price and child policy remain unchanged. We wish them all the best
