Staff, service, cleanliness, food all incredible. Location is perfect. The only thing I was concerned about is the door between the kitchen and lounge. The safety of the staff is at risk as they can not see if someone is coming through.

This property is out dated. The curtains in the room are old and ripped, no towels when i arrived and the fridge was off and defrosted. The main lobby and hallway had a stench of food and dirty mop water.

Great location for walking the main shopping street and even to a mall. Right by the Quadra ferry for an easy daytrip. An older building that is showing some wear. Decent breakfast. Long walk to the elevator for anyone with mobility issues. Pleasant staff

A very nice, clean, older property. Very comfortable rooms, nice amenities. Property overlooks a shopping center parking lot with a local bar blaring VERY loud music for hours before a hockey game. Not the hotels fault but was really annoying. Some shabbiness in the rooms, sheers in the bedroom were ripped, need to be replaced. Overll a decent place to stay.

When we checked in the girl at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. She upgraded us to the 6th floor facing the ocean. The view was spectacular!! We stayed 3 nights and one of the night's 2 ships passed through, they were all lit up and so pretty to see. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, wonderful fresh flowers in the lobby, clean and well kept hotel. Seems to be some homeless people in the area but great location for the casino, restaurants, and beach. Room was clean and the beds were comfy! Only complaint was no a/c luckily it’s only May but our room was very warm and I couldn’t imagine Howay it would be in summer. Would consider staying here again.

Decided to stay another night in town and to my pleasant surprise was upgraded to an ocean view room free of charge. The bed was clean and comfortable. The building was quiet and we had a great night sleep, complimentary hot buffet breakfast and ready for the day. Laundromat and a great selection of restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for tiny beds with thin blankets that barely cover you, this is your lucky day. When my husband asked if there was a room with a queen bed available as we had booked, front desk agent said no no they are all queen size, are you American? I had a tape measure, it wasn’t queen size. Total gaslight. On the upside it was definitely clean, just old.
