Located in Campbell, this full hookup RV site is located 10 miles straight down San Tomas Expressway from Levi’s Stadium. You will be parked in a driveway on level, clean concrete. No other spaces on the property are available. No bathrooms are available. There are tenants in the adjacent house and neighbors nearby, so a quiet policy is in place.
Quiet, crime-free neighborhood with light traffic.
The space accommodates RVs or RVs with a tow car up to 43'. Distances are approximately 20' to the sewer line, 37' to water, and 35' to electricity. Sewer access is available on an as-needed basis when tanks are full due to the location of the sewer dump. Water and electricity are available 24/7, with both 30-amp and 50-amp service. Please bring your own adequate sewer hose with extensions that do not leak, water hoses that do not leak, and electrical cords.
If levelers are utilized, please bring leveling blocks to safeguard the concrete.
Santa Cruz and the ocean beaches are 30 minutes away. Wineries are 20-30 minutes away in Morgan Hill and Gilroy. Downtown Campbell has nightlife and many restaurants. Fast food, groceries, and gas are all very close by,
