Located in Camdenton at the 5MM of the Big Niangua, this property offers convenient access to some of the lake's most popular attractions. Ha Ha Tonka State Park is just a short drive away, featuring castle ruins, hiking trails, and scenic overlooks. The Ozarks Amphitheater is nearby for live concerts and events throughout the season. By water, you're close to popular lakefront dining spots and marinas, while a short drive brings you to Osage Beach for shopping at the Outlet Marketplace, golf courses, and additional restaurants and nightlife. This location blends peaceful surroundings with easy access to entertainment.

• This condo unit is on the 2nd floor from the parking lot, level with the parking area, and does have an elevator
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the unit and community amenities. Dock access for fishing or picking up your chartered/rental boat (no slip access). Lake access.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
