• We supply propane for the outdoor grill, but do not supply wood chips or pellets for the smoker.
• This condo unit is on the 4th floor, 3 levels up from the parking lot and does not have an elevator
• The indoor electric grill is located in the kitchen
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The international airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo, the included boat slip, and all community amenities including pools and trails.

Our smart systems allow for guest access without host interaction – however, your LakeDays Rentals - Casago team is always nearby to support your stay and respond to requests. We kindly ask guests to respect neighborhood quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please maintain the property in its original condition, ensuring it remains a welcoming place for all.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
