The Neighborhood:
Property is inside a gated community with a pool, marina, and boardwalk along the Cambridge Waterfront, all situated a few blocks from downtown, and central to all that the Chesapeake offers.
Getting Around:
Stroll to downtown. Easy access to the gated community right off Route 50. Drive, bike, or easy walk to the downtown area restaurants, shops and parks just a few blocks away. A car is helpful as so many great, area attractions are a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
✹ Self-check-in is a breeze using the Smart Lock. A code will be provided prior to arrival.
✹ Rental Agreement: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all, guests will be required to sign a short rental agreement prior to check-in. Details of the agreement will be provided upon booking confirmation.
✹ Please let us know if you would like an earlier check-in or later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you.
✹ No parties allowed.
✹ A $200 fee will be charged for violating the house rules, specifically for hosting parties, events, or celebrations, or for failing to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, as these policies are in place to ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain a peaceful environment for the neighborhood.
