The main highlight of this duplex is the terrace view: on one side, the port of Camaret; on the other, the Brest harbor. Camaret’s charming streets lead you to local artists’ galleries. If you wish to dine out, the quay offers a wide range of restaurants.



The apartment is on the heights of Camaret, and you can walk to the quay via small paths.



There are 2 bedrooms: the first has a 140x190 cm bed and a 120x190 cm bed, with a closet; the second has a 160x200 cm bed and a closet.



The ground floor bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a sink. The toilet is not separate. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and a sink, with a separate WC.



Beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided.



The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and freezer. Dish towels are provided.



The residence does not have a charging point for electric vehicles, but charging stations are available opposite the Super U in Camaret and in Crozon.



The garden is fully enclosed, so you can park your vehicle securely.



For surfers, kitesurfers, or windsurfers, you can rinse your equipment at the entrance of the residence.
