The kitchen is fully equipped and conveniently located on this level. A shower room complete with bidet and WC is also situated on the ground floor. The upper floor houses 3 bedrooms in total: 2 rooms each appointed with 1 double bed, and 1 additional room fitted with 2 single beds. A full bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC serves the upper floor. A large terrace is accessible from this level, furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs, making it an ideal space for relaxing outdoors. The property offers 2 bathrooms across both floors.
