"Generally a big hotel with a lot of facilities that seems to carry the weight of being a bit cheaper than similar hotels in the area. Variable service, we had a particularly bad experience at the pool bar and a couple of hours late checkout was ridiculously expensive, thankfully a very good luggage storing option for free. The skydeck on the top floor was closed indefinitely "for maintenance". The breakfast was huge and overrun with people. We had an okey stay overall, though we spent most of our time in the city and not the hotel."

"This is a 10/10 hotel. Friendly staff, very clean. The bell boys/girls and staff by the entrance really made our stay!! Super helpful, always offering to help and welcoming. Breakfast was good, but we did run into some issues with lunch at the restaurant. We (the kids in particular) were bummed that the pool was closed for private events 3 days out of the 6 nights we spent there…"
