Cocoonr offers this charming 78 m² air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views for rent in Calvi. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, an open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (two double beds 140x190, sleeps 4)
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 36 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Explore the Genoese citadel for its cobbled streets, ramparts and panoramic views over the bay.
- Take a boat trip to the Scandola nature reserve or the Revellata peninsula.
- Go for a hike in the Bonifatu forest, a wooded massif with paths leading to the GR20.
- Take the U Trinichellu little train to admire the coastal scenery as far as L'Île-Rousse.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private car park (1 space).
