«Very great stay and a nice garden area»

«Fint rom, praktisk med kjøleskap og mikrobølge. God seng. Sentral beliggenhet.

«Exceptional host at the Hotel! He did all in his Power to make our stay good!»

«We had a 2 night stay over a weekend to visit the coast. As we had booked very late the only option was a suite which was expensive for just the 2 of us. As it was a suite there was a sofa bed in the lounge which we obviosuly just used as a sofa. This wasn't all that comfortable to sit on for any extended period. On the plus side the reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection was good and topped up at regular intervals so we didn't come across any shortages. We couldn't ...

«The property was surreal from start to finish. The pool, the tennis courts, the fruit/veg trees and plants, everything. A fridge in the room would have been nice but minor stuff. We wish we had more time there! Thank you.»

«Charming and hospitable! First class. Highly recommended.»

«Incredible boutique hotel in Houlgate. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The owner was providing excellent service for the whole stay. The room was modern, quiet and cosy. Breakfast was perfect with its various selections and fresh crunchy baguette. We had a perfect 2-night stay in Houlgate. Highly recommended »

«This was by far the best hotel/ bed and breakfast my wife and I stayed in, on our current trip. Eric the owner of the hotel is a very warm, welcoming and a wonderful host. Our room was huge and beautifully appointed. The property is lovely. Breakfast was just great in every way. We only stayed one night and I wish we booked it for a longer stay. Eric recommended 3 different restaurants in town and as we entered the restaurant we picked, and told the host that Eric from New Cottage recommended ...

«Beautiful hide-away. Our 'Charme-Superior' room with own terrace was stylish and luxurious. The service is impeccable. One little minus is that the water bottle and toiletries don't get replenished.»
