- On Street Car parking only as "Azure" the home on the property has access to the driveway for parking only.
- No laundry facilities. There is a laundromat 5 minutes drive away at Callala Bay, Bayview Shopping Centre.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- For the security of our guests this property has external video cameras installed at the front of the building, above the garage door and southern side of the building.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in all throughout.
