«We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved ...

«The property is beautiful- the view, the condo, the location - all just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. There are two grocery stores very close. Quiet location except for one night. There is a private club next door & there was a party that blasted music until 6 am one night. Other than that it is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.»

«This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD.»

«Benny started us out on the right foot with a great tour of the beautiful condo and set us up with a whale watching and snorkeling trip that beat our expectations. In addition he setup a private chef, Blanca, Jesus, and Estrella were awesome and made our family an incredible feast. «Great for families!! Loved the ground floor condo and how the beach is right by the pool. My kids were back and forth all day. Beautiful sunrises and it’s fun to watch the boats go out in the morning and come back in the afternoon. The restaurant is absolutely delicious and we got drinks all day from the swim up bar.
