This stand-alone villa accommodates up to six guests in three king-size bedrooms, one of which features a walk-in closet. The interiors are bright and spacious, blending Scandinavian-inspired minimalism with boutique hotel touches. Two full bathrooms—one featuring both a shower and a bathtub—comfortably accommodate families and groups, while a fully equipped kitchen opens onto ocean views and outdoor dining.

Outdoors, a private hot tub, a sun-drenched terrace, and a minimalist garden with tropical accents invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment. A secure gated driveway and open-air lounging areas complete the setting, ideal for families with children or those simply seeking space and privacy.

4. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, out of respect for the surrounding environment.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Please respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to help ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. Check-ins are accepted until 10:00 PM. For arrivals after this time, a €32 surcharge for nighttime coordination applies. This can be paid via the online check-in form or, if not completed in advance, upon arrival.

6. Consideration for Neighbors
Please be mindful of the local community throughout your stay.

7. Furnishings and Amenities
All furnishings and amenities are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Please ensure that no items are removed from the property.

8. Additional Guests or Visitors
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

9. Insects & Wildlife
This property is located on Madeira Island, known for its lush nature and subtropical climate. Depending on the season, you may occasionally see insects or small wildlife. While regular pest control is in place, a completely insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We recommend keeping windows closed, storing food securely, and disposing of waste properly to help ensure a comfortable stay.

10. Tourist Tax
As required by local regulations, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and older) will be collected during check-in via the registration form. This fee is forwarded directly to the municipality.
