💸 Tourist Tax

In the Calheta region, the tourist tax (taxa turística) is 2.00 euros per night per person (children under 12 are exempt). The tourist tax is charged for a maximum of 7 nights per stay.

🏊🏽‍♀️ Pool Heating

Pool heating can be booked for 25 € per day (175 € per week).

To ensure the pool is at a comfortable temperature upon your arrival, pool heating must be booked at least 3 days before arrival for the entire stay.

🧹 Optional Mid-Stay Cleaning

For stays of more than 7 nights, we offer optional professional mid-stay cleaning.

This includes:

• Cleaning of the interior

• Fresh bed linens

• Fresh towels

Window and exterior cleaning are not included.
