We stayed for two non-consecutive nights. The first night was pleasant, as we were on the top floor. However, on the other night, we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Directly above us, there was very loud talking, chairs being moved, and various other noises that made the night uncomfortable.
I called the reception to complain, and the staff member said they would contact security, mentioning that I was the fourth guest to complain about the noise upstairs. This made me wonder what actions were taken after the first three complaints. After my call, it became quiet for a few minutes, but the noise started again shortly after. We were already too tired to keep calling and complaining repeatedly.
It seems the soundproofing could be improved, as we could also hear toilets flushing upstairs. Unfortunately, our stay was not restful, and we were not able to sleep well.
Breakfast was okay.
