l'emplacement est excellente , c'est "walking distance" du centre ville de Calgary. Et l'hotel propose un parking payant mais pratique. L'hotel est correct, par contre nous avons eu les rideaux qui ne ferment pas totallement. Donc le soleil du matin peut etre perturbant . Aussi la piscine n'etait pas habilité. Nous n'avons pas été prévenue en avance ni aucune "geste" à a été fait pour cela.

At 7am and 9am, there was a loud noise that sounded like banging steel pipes that lasted for a few minutes. Even though i was already awake, it was pretty annoying. Either than that the hotel is good.

No parking No pool No vegetarian food, breakfast not good, tiny bathrooms. No control on room temperature. No drinking water. They cleaned the room. Gave us dishes for dinner. No interruption from staff.

One of the oldest properly and they have NO excausted fans in theor washrooms. Whje we asked they since 1960 no excautsed fans so if your are more than 2 in same room hard to use the same washroom. Heat n AC super super old and most of in theor rooms doest work. We got 1st room and there was no light neither neither heat or AC system, super suffocated and they changed our room. Then next room no heat or or AC but had light working. Super suffocated with old dusty carpet, ended up getting 2md room on the spot due to 4 people but they didnt decrease the price for 1st room. 1st room.was booked based on 4 people in 1 room with 2 beds. Now we got 2nd room meana 2 people each room but we got charge same price for 1st one. Not recommended.

For the amount we paid sorry but the room condition, bathroom was pathetic! No parking is available even whe the charges are $20 per day. The staff is good , no complaints with them, but the building is old, quality is 2 star. Not worth it.

The room was not good, we can see sealing is stained with water, same with bathroom, we went outside the room and it smelt like cigarette, the key card did not work and the door was hard to shut, the bathroom was so small and the tub was very slippery, there was no fridge inside or nothing.

Staff was rude and not helpful, shower hardly worked, key cards hardly ever worked, could never get ahold of the front desk for any questions and always had to go from the 8th floor down to the lobby to get anything. One staff member at the front desk was helpful in the morning, but otherwise they gave us the wrong room and we had to carry all our belongings room to room and blamed it on us for not knowing

Not the worst hotel ive stayed at but certainly not the best. Was fairly clean, staff was friendly. However, limited vending machines, convenience store in hotel was barely open, charges extra for breakfast, bed/sidetables/shower/bathroom light needs to be updated. The elevators were excruciatingly slow. Limited parking available and the one that is available isnt truck friendly and costs $20 per night. Probably wont stay there again.

The hotel is obviously based on an older property and it clearly shows in the condition of the rooms. Some of the doorways are tiny and some of the ceilings far lower than standard. It’s understandable that this is something we deal with in downtown areas but this hotel does not seem to care about even attempting to fix things up. Our balcony door did not latch properly at all and would only close by deadbolt. The flooring transition at the bathroom door was nearly not existent, there was a one inch gap between the bathroom flooring and carpet where the subfloor and wood was visible. Very unprofessional and unfinished. There was no fan system in the bathroom so not only was it quite small with a very low ceiling, but it was also very dank and musty and I wouldn’t want to be breathing in that room for very long. We were fairly certain we found blood stains on the wall or perhaps some other dark reddish brown liquid. The glass dome of our ceiling light fixture was broken with sharp edges exposed, also very unprofessional. Some of the wallpaper was beginning to peel from the walls. Overall, the lobby is lovely but your room feels dilapidated and dirty. Obviously you get what you pay for but this was still a disappointing stay and people should be aware that this is what they’re getting for their money.

Very loud, kids running in halls through the night, people smoking weed and stinking the whole floor. Window duct taped shut, no bathroom fan, room was missing fridge. Tv damaged. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I had booked and paid extra for a balcony room, when we arrived an hour after check in, our room wasn’t ready and was given a room without a balcony without a change to the room price. We also went to the hotels restaurant/pub at 7:00 on the Friday night, just to be told that they were closed. All posters on site as well as their website state they are open till 9:00 pm. The hotel itself is clean and updated, staff were very kind and helpful.
