Welcome to the ultimate group retreat! This 7-Bedroom, 5-Bathroom Calgary Mega-Home features 2 full kitchens, 3 living rooms, and sleeps 16—perfect for large families, corporate teams, or the Banff adventure group.
Quiet location, but just about a 20-minute walk to Costco, Walmart, and McDonald’s. Quick access to the highway Stoney Trail. Close to travel hubs: 20 mins to YYC Airport & a short drive to CrossIron Mills outlet shopping. Banff National Park is just about 1 hr 15 mins away!
Step into a bright, modern home designed for connection and relaxation. With multiple living areas and thoughtful amenities spread across three levels, you'll have all the space you need to unwind, work, or entertain.

➡️A versatile flex room serves as an office with a desk, comfortable seating, and a computer monitor, or it can be converted into a 7th bedroom with its pull-out sofa —plus a convenient half bathroom on the main floor.
Second Floor:
➡️Relax in the cozy upstairs living room, complete with a large sectional sofa and bright skylights.
➡️Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third with two full beds, and a fourth with two single beds, plus a full bathroom.
Basement Level:
➡️FLEXIBLE LIVING: Fully-equipped basement suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a third living room, and a second kitchen—ideal for in-laws, multiple families, or a separate team space.
