Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations and or any registered complains result in immediate cancellation without refund. The property is a family environment with Seniors, kids and families in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. Violations will incur an additional fine of $200 for any detectable and recognizable smell by the Host(s), cleaner(s) or property manager(s)
Pets: Pets are permitted on the property up to a maximum weight of 30lbs. All pets MUST be on a leash and under the supervision of the owner. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Respect for the Property: Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or missing items. Damages are considered as such where an item will need professional tools and professional repairs or a replacement in kind.
Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving. For security purposes, unauthorized buzzing is prohibited. Deliveries and visitors must be pre-arranged, and we can assist with access from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Kindly keep an attentive timing of communication with your host so that they may ensure smooth delivery for your order(s)
