The Space:
This thoughtfully designed home features high ceilings, modern finishes, designer furnishings, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Whether you’re soaking in the spa-style tub, enjoying a glass of wine on the private balcony, or streaming your favorite show on the 55' Smart TV, every moment feels indulgent.
Remote-controlled blackout blinds offer privacy and total darkness when needed. Enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious living area perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
Bedrooms
Primary Suite: King bed with premium Hybrid mattress, luxury bedding, walk-in closet, and ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with hybrid memory foam mattress and full closet.
Main Floor Sleeping Area: Two twin beds that can be combined into a king.
Office/Nursery: Doubles as a quiet, dark room for a baby, fits a pack-and-play (provided).
Bathrooms
Primary ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, panoramic views, stocked with essentials (towels including bath sheets, body towels, hand towels, finger towels and makeup towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath and Epson Salts.).
Kitchen
Fully stocked for home cooking with pots, pans, utensils, wine glasses, dinnerware, charcuterie tableware, gas stovetop, quartz counters, and a large island for socializing.
Balcony
The only unit in the building offering two spacious private terraces with outdoor sectional and gorgeous city views.
