«Our room was horrible and the staff was not helpful. Our shower/tub was stopped up. They did not send help. Our bathroom sink was cracked. Our toilet became stopped up and they gave us a plunger to unstop it ourselves. The refrigerator stopped working. They claimed that the hotel was full and we couldn’t get another room. We had to ask for towels and wash cloths everyday. Horrible place to stay.»

«Clean room but was stuffy and sofa couch was stained and paper thin. they were meticulous about leaving only 2 sets of towels though we had three people booked for the room, finally conceded. Parking was decent, I was disappointed that advertisement did not disclose that rooms were outside entry point(motel quality with hotel/suite persona). Pool looked good and was open, we didn't get to experience it. Breakfast was ok(two waffle irons and small buffet). Staff there was great!»
