«Our stay was excellent and would reccomend this to anyone in this area»

«Budget hotel at a budget price in a great location. Close to groceries and restaurants, nice walk on the pier to the ocean. The room is very sparse and basic but good value»

«Fint motell og hyggelig personell. Opplevde dessverre at det kom mye høyt bråk fra klosettet til rommet over oss, doen spylte dårlig ned og vinduet (gulv til tak) hadde ikke lås når d var åpent selv om d var i første etg. »

«Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok.»

«We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.»

«A little bit difficult to get there but worth the trip. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well stocked with breakfast foods. Very close and easy access to Wales and Eye Valley.»

«Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast»

«Fabulous hotel in a beautiful setting and grounds. A little on the pricey side but worth it to mark or celebrate a special occasion. A good base from which to go out exploring, or to take in a round of golf right there on the doorstep. Would recommend and indeed return.»

«Lovely room. Nice breakfast.»

«Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Over night car park charge of £16. Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends. Would happily stay again.»

«Det må nok mere karakteriseres dom et motell og ikke hotell. Et meget stort pluss er at de har gratis parkering av biler. »

«Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room»

«Disappointing. Last time we visited we had a power cut, this time we couldn’t use the bath due to plumbing issues. To cap it all breakfast was chaos. The hotel was busy due to an event, there was no filer coffee but staff left us waiting without information. No sausage, bacon, egg except one or 2 portions coming out piecemeal. No natural yogurt or fruit salad, toaster out of order. We are pretty patient but this was unnecessary if planning had been put in place. Yes the room rates are low and ...

«Great location. Great staff. Breakfast selection good, but finishes too early for staying on holiday, so missed some breakfasts. Some issues with bathroom: towel rail/radiator not working, extraction fan not working & strong smell of drains.»

«Veldig sliten hotell, men delvis oppusset. Badet var ganske nytt, men ikke helt rent. Rommet var tragisk. Maten var tragisk. Oppvarmet frysemat.»
