Sleeps up to 8 people, being 6 adults and 2 children (up to 10 years old) maximum (7 adults are not allowed). 5 swimming pools, being 3 heated adult pools, 1 heated children's pool, 1 cold pool. Sauna. Sports court. Snack bar. Water park: Consumption of beverages is permitted, but prohibited inside and around the pool. • Pets are not allowed; • Users are responsible for bringing their own bed linens and towels, as the rental company does not provide them; • Appliances, kitchen utensils, and mattresses should not be transferred and/or lent to other apartments; • Trash should be disposed of in the building's trash can located near the garages; • Do not leave dirty dishes when vacating the apartment; • Each apartment is entitled to only 1 (one) parking space; • A fee will be charged upon check-in. R$10.00 per person for identification bracelet placement; • At check-out, if the guest wishes, they may remain in the water park until 5 PM, but must vacate the apartment by noon. • Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited on the edges or inside the pools; • The use of alcoholic beverages in glass bottles is prohibited in the water park areas (other materials are permitted). • The following are strictly prohibited: musical instruments, car stereos, and electronic devices of any kind.
