«The staff is experienced, friendly and service minded. The hotel itself with its historical roots and the beatiful view over Lake Taal and Taal volcano is hard to beat. I have stayed here several times and will definatley be back again. For me this is without doubt the best hotel in Tagaytay and my favorite hotel in the Phillipines.»

«Et avstressende sted, selv om vi kom litt nære utbruddet til vulkanen Taal. Vi hadde det fint der. Rommet vårt var nok litt preget av tidens tann, med en støyende mekanisk aircondition, men ellers ok, selv om vi ble litt overrasket over å lese de strenge romreglene med dertil bøter for overtredelser. Matabungkay er et sted der filipinerne selv ferierer, og der likte også vi oss!»

«Enjoyed our stay at Pico Sands with my family. The kids enjoyed the swimming poom areal. The place is nice and clean. Super friendly staff. This hotel has a shuttle taking you from the hotel and to the beach. Reccomend if you want beach and swimming pool. Very quite place. »

«Fint hotel. God service, og det meste lagt til rette. Fantastisk basseng(er), og fin strand kun minutter unna. Renslige rom. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, og kommer til å reise tilbake hit neste gang. Ved lengre opphold, kan maten bli noe kjedelig, men alt i alt en veldig god opplevelse. Anbefales!! (Lite minus at vi bestilte suiter, men fikk hytte, men den var egentlig helt topp....)»

«Everything was amazing! Great place, great staff, great hotel 💗 Just consider the 200 steps at the entrance (specially for people with mobility or joints issues). But they're not too bad, there are benches where you can pause and staff will be very helpful with your luggage »

«First off, this hotel is quite ok but not exceptional. The food is good and straff is pleasant and its probably one of the better hotels in the region. However this is also quite some poverty in the area and there are some flaws to this hotel; - the bar said its always open, we came down 10pm and it was closed. In addition the staff/guard did not care to help us get some food in the nearby village which we did not want to walk alone in. There is many loose dogs and some have rabies. -the ...

«The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. »
