Stay here for the view!
This is by far the most difficult hotel evaluation. Why - because it goes in all directions. Arrival: got a free pickup - and it just worked! The car was very old, and the driver was more interested in the phone than the traffic. Scary! Arriving the hotel, I got the worst possible room. After a lot of issues connecting to the net (they gave me wrong password) I found my reservation and showed that I booked a room with view. The question was - do you need 2 beds? No, but I need the view (the only reason to chose this hotel). The hotel is worn out - but it has the MOST FANTASTIC VIEW- the other hotels surrounding for sure as well - but this one has a straight view to the Spfinx, and you can make fantastic pictures during the Lightshow at night. The noice in the room is also incredible- you hear everything on the road, on the rooftop and from the neighboring rooms watching their television show. The staff does the best they can - they just never learned. But, tea, water and coffee is served when you want - at no charge. They try their best - the view is over fantastic- but the hotel should be rebuild. How do you rate that? 5?

Excelent experience.
Excellent service! The staff at Pyramids View Inn B&B walk that "extra mile" for you. They will give you good advice and will take care of you. I feel very comfortable and safe. Cairo is an amazing place, but there are things you must be aware of as a tourist and the staff at the hotel will be happy to tell you the dos and don'ts. The experience at the airport when arriving was far from pleasant, and it took me several hours to leave the airport. I sent a message to the reception and the shuttle driver waited for me anyways for more than four hours. Order the shuttle and guiding services from the reception, this will guarantee a hassle-free Cairo experience. Everyone speaks English and they excel at service. They greet you every time with a sincere smile! The view from the balcony towards the pyramids was just dreamy!

The location is shockingly good. Almost all of the staff speak English, are friendly and attentive. You can book a room with a view of the pyramids, but even if you book a room without a view of the pyramids, you can always go up to the roof to enjoy the wonderful view. A note for Japanese: "Basically, hotels in Egypt do not provide toothbrushes as amenities. Even the Hilton did not provide toothbrushes, so I guess that is the basic rule. This is a wonderful hotel.

You would be hard pressed to find a better location in Giza. I opened my balcony door and there was the Sphinx looking back at me. Very friendly staff, you are made to feel at home. I look forward to the day of my return and stay here again. Thank you.

このホテルの屋上からの景色は素晴らしい！ピラミッドとスフィンクスが遮るものなく完璧に見えます。逆に近すぎてスマホに全景が映らないほどです。 部屋も清潔で泊まるだけには十分です。Wifiの接続が複数できなかったり遅かったりが気にならなければお値段も手ごろで最高のホテルです。

We had a amazing time during our stay , the staff was very positive and friendly, they was trying their best to feel us at home and definitely we felt that .. our service was great, the hotel is good, we had a good breakfast, the terrace has an amazing view of the pyramids and the sphinx, they arranged a wonderful tour with an amazing driver Mohamed Ali this is his number if someone needs (Mob. 2 01150091212 , 2 01222880540) , Kamal took care of our needs all the time, a wonderful person, as well as the others working in the hotel very friendly and positive , for sure if we have a trip to Cairo we would stay there as we would recommend to our friends acquaintances, Big Thank you for an amazing stay!

...deutsche werden nach kurzem "Kulturschock" sehr schnell feststellen, dass dieses kleine familiengeführte Hotel wohl eines der besten in der Gegend ist! Sehr sauber! …Wir sind sehr empfindlich was Krabbeltiere anbelangt - haben aber trotz Suche nicht ein unangenehmes Tier entdecken können! ...dass weder Mücken noch Motten im nächtlichen Licht zu entdecken waren, liegt wohl an etwas anderem... Das Frühstück ist traditionell gehalten und sehr lecker! Ohne Gefahr für Magen und Darm! 😉 Das Schönste allerdings ist wohl die herzliche Belegschaft, die uns jeden Tag unaufdringlich den Tag versüßt haben! Ganz anders als in anonymen Hotels, ohne menschlichen Faktor. Hier ging es dem Personal nicht ums Geld, sondern um unser Wohlbefinden! Das sympathische Hotel mit wundervollem Sphinx-Pyramiden Panorama, inkl. kostenlosem Logenplatz für die tägliche "Light & Sound" Show, bleibt uns (Oma mit zwei erwachsenen Söhnen) in bester Erinnerung! Daumen hoch! Sehr zu empfehlen für eine Pyramiden-/Kairo Expedition!

OMG!! The views! Wow, breakfast looking at the pyramids. The value was amazing, best breakfast of the whole stay, the staff were so friendly, genuinely lovely people. It's a little tired, but who cares, you are in Egypt and you can see the Sphinx!!!

The staff at the inn made us feel like family instantly. We asked about buying souvenirs and they drove us to a shop that was hassle free and clean. Also the view is unreal.

I was only in egypt for a day and its the perfect place to stay if you want to visit pyramids. Rooms are a bit small and breakfast was pretty bare but overall i enjoyed it. Really good for the price. Nice snacks and roof is open all night with view of pyramids.

Location is awesome. Right across from the Sphinx with the pyramids in the background. Great view from room and the rooftop breakfast area. Very noisy because it is immediately across from the Sphinx entrance to pyramids. Also noisy inside property.

You get what you pay for. I knew exactly what I was getting myself into from the reviews and pics I saw online. And this hotel was exactly that. And I’m OK with it. No, I wouldn’t stay here again. No, I wouldn’t recommend my friends and family stay here. But for the time I stayed everything Was exactly how I imagined it would be. I’m happy to have the view of the Pyramids up close and that’s all I was asking for. I was picked up from the airport as agreed, got to the hotel safely, staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast daily from 7am-10am. KFC/Pizza Hut restaurants just feet away. And the hotel also offers a menu if you would like them to cook you something it would be $20 (American Money) each entrée. They have a fridge in the room and the front desk will give you free waters. Before I came, whenever I had a question, I could just message the property on WhatsApp and they would respond right away answering any questions or concerns I had. Yes, if you are facing the street, you will hear a lot of noise 24/7. Yes, when you go outside, people will harass you and try to sell you things or bag for money. Yes, the hotel is pretty old and not the cleanest in the world, but they try their best. My main focus was finding a balcony hotel that gave me the view of all three pyramids and the sphinx right from my room balcony and the rooftop. I definitely got that with this hotel, so I am satisfied.

I had a great stay, room was large and comfortable. Food was amazing, and the staff made my day at the pyramids unforgettable. If you plan to stay here, check your email after you book so that they can schedule your ride from the airport. It will save you a lot of time and headaches with Uber, there are a lot of other hotels with similar names and it can be confusing.

春休み期間に小学校低学年の子どもと２人で３泊利用致しました。総じて安全、フレンドリーで、子連れにも優しいホテルでした。 ●空港送迎：事前にメールで確認していた通り、空港の入り口でホテル名をかかげて待っていて下さり、時間のロスはありませんでした。(出口であまりのタクシーの呼び込みの多さにやや戸惑っていましたが、空港スタッフにホテル名とドライバーがきている点を伝えたところ、あちらで見たよと教えてもらえました) ●設備：ピラミッドビューではない個室でしたが、日本のツインベットのビジネスホテルという感じで、ホテルWIFIも問題なく使え、滞在に不便はありませんでした。海外ゆえに心配していたシャワーのお湯やトイレも問題なしでした。電気ポットも部屋に備え付けのものがありましたので、日本から持参した味噌汁のフリーズドライを部屋で飲めました。 一時的に電気ライトが消えてしまった際も、丁寧に対応してくれ、明るいランプを付け替えてくれました。また、部屋にフロントに繋がる電話はないですが、フロントに行けばすぐ助けてもらえるので、安心感がありました。 屋上が24時間開放のため、外(ピラミッド)を見ながら休憩したい時は部屋のバルコニー感覚で利用ができるのも便利でした。夜のピラミッドの光のショーも屋上からしっかり見れます。子連れで夜移動が大変な方は、眠くなってもすぐ部屋に帰れるのでオススメです。 掃除も清潔に対応してくれていて、屋内で虫はみませんでした。屋上は外なので、鳥やネコやちょっとした虫はいましたが、清潔にしてくれているので、特に問題ありませんでした。(あまり対策はしていないですが、虫に刺されたりはしませんでした) ●食事：毎朝、屋上にてエジプト料理(生野菜、サラダ、ペースト)のバイキングがあり、シェフが豆の揚げ物を作りたてで出してくれました。ピラミッドとスフィンクスを見ながら爽やかに朝食が取れます。 また、パン、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、バナナ、オレンジ、ジャム、チーズ、ジュース、コーヒーはありましたので、万が一、エジプト料理の中で苦手なものがあっても朝食には困りません。 ●サービス：みなさんがとてもフレンドリーで、必要なサポートは問題なくしてくれました。屋上に子どもが忘れものをしたら部屋に届けてくれたり、近くのスーパーに出る時はぼったくりに合わないように一緒に来て買い物をフォローして下さったりと、、オーナー、スタッフ、シェフともにすごく優しくして頂きました。最終日には子どもにお土産まで頂き、帰国後も大切に飾っています。 ●言葉：日本語は挨拶くらいしか使いませんでしたが、英語は通じるので、単語で会話ができます。ジェスチャーや画像を見せるなどでも理解しようとしてくれるので、カイロ空港に自力で辿り着ける程度の英語がわかればなんとかなります。 ●料金：日本のパッケージツアーで同価格帯で組まれるホテルの評判より、こちらのホテルの方が評価がかなり高かったので、個人申し込みでこちらを利用しましたが、大満足です。日中は外出メインで、朝食と安全性、スタッフのフレンドリーさをホテルに求める個人旅行であれば、ギザ周辺のホテルとしてはオススメです。

The hospitality was amazing from the moment I arrived there. I hit in at 2am and the cook made me something to eat and took care of me. The Host and Hostess was nothing but amazing! They treated me like family and took care of me well! The place around it was pretty rough but it’s safe.! You can’t beat the view and waking up to see the pyramids outside your window every single morning! Great experience and I will be back!

This is a small inn. Do not expect it to be the four seasons hotel. The room is pretty clean, and the staff is very helpful. You really experience Egyptian hospitality. They are more than willing to help in any way that they can. The only downside are nearby shops. Some of them are very respectful and helpful. Others want to get all of your money from you. The staff at the hotel do their best to keep you away from the bad shop owners. The views from this inn is truly unbeatable. For a lot more money you get the amenities of Hilton or the four seasons. For a lot less money, you get to see the pyramids and the Sphinx at every single breakfast
