De kaller seg 5 stjerners, men et 5 stjerners hotel hokder fir det flrste orden på bookinger og hva de inneholder. En restaurant forstår at dessert OGSÅ trenger bestikk. De kegger kun ut bestikk til hovedretten ferdig med det. Kopper til kaffe ved frokost mangler ofte hver morgen ig må soørres etter. Så også glass til feks juice mv. Fryjtelug mye surr og uprofesjonell stab.

Hotellet er like bra som tidligere, men Kinarestauranten ved Lobbyen drar ned kraftig. Maten er forferdelig, og har ingenting med kinamat å gjøre, And som forrett var stekt i alt for kald frityr, og direkte klisset av fett. Kinesisk biff som hovedrett, var bare salt, og med litt grønnsaker, ellers knapt spiselig. Kelneren var direkte uintressert, og da jeg spurte om menyen, pekte hun bare ned trappen til en Italiensk restaurant, uten å si et ord, men bare trakk på skuldrene når jeg gikk inn.

Hotel is seriously infested with Bedbugs
This hotel has bedbugs. I stayed here for one week and got over a 100 bites from bedbugs. Also one year ago when I was staying at this hotel I was bitten but not as bad as this time. So I wonder if this hotel is taking the nessesary action to deal with the problem. I would not stay here again until the situation improves.

Most of the staff were welcoming and professional. They were very protective of their guests which I like very much. Safety of guests was one of their main priorities. The hotel was very clean. It is located in a good area which is less than five minutes drive from Cairo International Airport. Food was above average. Work seems to be taking place at the hotel during the day so it was very noisy. Overall, my stay was good.

I had a great stay at Le Passage. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect and close to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and nice stay.

There are multiple restaurants to chose from that are open late. Lots of grounds just for the hotel to walk around after eating a good meal, no need to leave the property. Only negative comment I have is the casino wasn't open. I was staying for a layover and was hoping to lose some money playing cards to relax. Other than that, great place to stay. When I come back to Cairo I will probably stay here.

I liked how the hallways had diffusers to freshen the smell of the space and also the mini lounge on the premier floor where I stayed. However, the 24hrs buffet restaurant needs a lot of upgrading. The staffs didn’t cover their mouths and were talking over the food and I always had to order alarcate instead of eating from the buffet. Poor hygiene with food.

You must manage your own luggage, be prepared for everyone to have their hand out for tips, for doing nothing, and don't expect to just tip in EGP, they don't want EGP they want US Dollars. You might think you are in Egypt, but everyone wants US dollars. They will quote you prices in US dollars and frown if you have EGP, their country's currency. Do not expect any customer service. Expect to not be able to check in until late, and you will be pushed out of your room early! The fruit bowl you might expect from a 5 star hotel will be rotten. Better get breakfast in the short window they provide, or else you will wait and wait to get a breakfast box! Don't expect any level of customer care or service, other than from the random trainee, who hasn't yet been broken into the way they run this "motel"-style transient stopover.
