Best place to live in Cairo!
I stayed here for 4nights. The staff was very serviceminded and helpful. They all made my stay perfect. Thank you Sayed from housekeeping for making my room the best and always with a smile. Also thanks to the concierge. I left my home without my contactlences, he managed to get the right kind delivered to my room. Thank you all for going the extra mile. I will come back. Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location.

Very nice stay
If you want an extra nice stay in Cairo, Kempinski is the place to go to. The rooftop and location makes it worth the price.

Not a 5 star experience
Leakeage from the shower all over bathroom floor, talked to reception and they would send someone to check it out. Nothing happend, and next Day I had to go down again and remind them. They changed our room. The other room had problems with the speakers and that the button to change so that the water would go from bathtub to shower was not working. Again i talked to reception, and they would send someone. That did not happen, and again I had to go down the next Day. They changed our room again. I Will rate the People in reception at a 1, and Even lower if that was possible. You could see that they where not willing to help, Just make the problems go away by saying they Will fix it. The cleaners and the butler service was excellent, but due to People in reception this review reflects the overall experience. If there is a next trip to Cairo, we Will choose another Hotel.

Trygg og meget komfertablt
Et flott hotel som er tryggt og godt ikke giga hotel noe jeg ikke liker. Har bodd her mange ganger og det er veldig god service. Er gratis drikke vann alltid så det er en finn liten detajle som sparer deg for mye mass. Og gratis brus. Men ja hotel senga er meget komfertable og servicen er på topp og skal det mangle noe er alt bare en tlf unna. Og lønner seg alltid og sjekke hvis du trenger noe om hotelet kan hjelpe det gjør de veldig ofte.

Excellent !!!
It was a perfect stay for three days . All the people there were very kind and we loved the breakfast . The room we had was with a view over the Nile to the Cairo Tower but it was no problem to sleep there , the traffic is not so loud .

Skuffende rom, service og frokostbuffet i forhold til topprangeringen hotellet jar fått/gitt seg selv på trip advisor. Mye venting ved inn- og utsjekk i en liten og klaustrofobisk resepsjon, 5-stjernersstandarden til tross. En av resepsjonistene er direkte uhøflig og svært lite imøtekommende. Bildene av uteområdet er lite realistiske, det samme gjelder bilde av medina deluxe-rommene. Butler, piccolo og til en viss grad conciergen var derimot veldig serviceinnstilte. Svært dårlig sitteplass ved bassenget,som forøvrig hadde god utsiktover nilen

Kempinski hotel was beyond my expectations. Absolutely clean and quiet. The food was 10/10. Close to everything. All tourist areas was 20-25 minutes away including airport. Would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here.

Pros : it is a nice hotel in a good location , right by the Nile and close to the Egyptian museum . The breakfast buffet was excellent Cons - a bit expensive . Failure to respond to me when I tried to contact them by e mail and phone regarding some items I accidentally left in the safe . No reply to 3 e mails and when I tried to phone reception put me through to somebody who didn't speak English and who then cut me off

Peaceful and convenient
Excellent location near many attractions yet in a relatively calm area. Service by staff was very good although too many were offering help which was a bit overwhelming. Breakfast was varied and good. Hotel is not very big so it made it more peaceful than other larger hotels. Rooms are on the small side but adequate enough, the cost is higher than reasonable for the quality of room, double door for toilet needs to lock better as there’s a gap. The room décor needs some updating, at least a carpet deep machine wash so does the corridors. Would recommend and return.

Las instalaciones no tienen mantenimiento, la luz no sirve, las manijas se caen, no está sellado bien el baño y toda el agua se sale , aunque la luz si fueron rápido a arreglarla Lo peor es el concierge, es muy grosero y muy burlón , y solo te manda a un restaurant a unas cuadras del hotel por una zona a lo mejor no insegura pero si fea , habiendo restaurantes muy lindos del otro lado , eso lo descubrimos al segundo día , yo creo que tendrá algún beneficio por mandarte a ese restaurant

ホテルに篭りました
スタッフも優しくて最高でしたし、プールも最高でした！ずっといました。街中とホテルの差が凄くて、ずっとホテルから出ませんでした。トルコ料理のレストランもとても美味しくウェイターさんも礼儀正しくて素敵でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったですが、エジプト料理などどうやって食べればいいかわからないものが多くて、ちょっと困りました。好きな卵料理も言えば作ってくれました。

Concierge Mohammed (?) very helpful. My husband needed some medicine. He got me in contact with a pharmacy. When the pharmacy failed to deliver, he called our tour director and the medicine was procured. Scary to be in a foreign land with a problem…really appreciated his help.

A estadia foi excelente. O quarto era ótimo, muito confortável e grande. Tudo era bem cuidado e muito limpo. A cama era maravilhosa e o quarto tinha 2 banheiros. Chuveiro excelente também! Os restaurantes do hotel são excelentes e o café da manhã também. Apenas não gostamos de um detalhe. Chegamos 5 minutos antes do horário para tomar o café da manhã no último dia, pois precisaríamos sair por conta do horário do nosso voo e fomos repreendidos pelo funcionário do restaurante, mesmo tendo ficado apenas sentados na mesa até dar o horário para nos servirmos.

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay as it had a roof top bar & swimming pool. The offical photo makes the pool and roof area look bigger, in fact it is fairly small, it has about 4 sun loungers and 6 tables. The pool lenght is about 10 meters. The tables are virtually on the edge of the pool, so do expect to get shoes wet. The view over the river are nice, any other direction is not. Our room was comfortable, but it lacked detail. As an example, they appeared to have forgotten to remove the dead flowers and replace them. The staff is this hotel seemed more formal than the other places i stayed in my recent trip. Overall, i would say it is a OK hotel for a 24 hour stay, 15 min walk to the main sqaure.
